Savannah List for Less, a locally owned and operated full service real estate company, announced it’s 2012 calendar year sales results. 2012 was the company’s first full year of operation. For the year, Savannah List for Less was involved in 54 real estate transactions, representing either the buyer or seller in a given transaction, totaling over 8 million dollars in total sales. Barbara McDonald, broker and co-owner said she is pleased with the first year’s results. McDonald states “With no past history we were not sure what to expect for annual sales. We hope to build on our previous years success and relationships and make 2013 an even better and more successful year”
Savannah List For Less offers full service real estate brokerage services at a reduced commission structure to the seller. “We are educating the public regarding the concept of our business model. We still offer the procuring or buyers agent the same commission structure as all real estate brokerage firms” says Pete Chaison co owner of Savannah List for Less. He also states “we see home pricing stabilizing in the majority of areas in the Savannah community. There are areas of town and certain price points that continue to do better than others, and there are various factors that contribute to this as I have written about in my weekly column in the Savannah Morning News.”
