David, Jackie and Patrick Riley recently earned the Platinum Award from National Property Inspections (NPI), Inc., of Omaha, Neb. The Riley’s are one of 250 NPI franchise owners in North America, and were among the top five producers in 2012.
The Riley’s National Property Inspections business offers a full menu of property inspection services to both residential and commercial clients in the Greater Savannah area including: property inspections for buyers and sellers, 11th month builder warranty inspections, and infrared scans.
The Riley’s are part of NACHI (National Association of Certified Home Inspectors) and members of the Savannah Board of Realtors, the Hinesville Board of Realtors, and the Women’s Council of Realtors.
“We are pleased that so many real estate professionals and home buyers place their confidence in our inspection services,” said David Riley. “In today’s fast-paced world, our inspection customers tell us they appreciate the time we take to explain the findings of our inspection so they truly understand the condition of their property. ‘Inspect before you buy’ is advice we always give to prospective home buyers. Nobody likes surprises after they move in that require expensive home repairs.”
“The Riley’s are outstanding individuals who have shown that making customer service a priority results in loyal, satisfied customers,” said NPI Executive VP Bill Erickson. “We are proud to honor them for their outstanding achievements and very pleased they are associated with our company.”
National Property Inspections, Inc. was founded in 1987 by President Roland Bates as a franchise network for top inspectors. NPI inspects property in more than 45 states and in Canada. Their website is www.npiweb.com.
