You can use the quick search box to search directly from the Home page (and most other pages). This is useful if you want to search for a home without entering a lot of specific details. To use the quick search, find the Search box, which on the right side of mdRealtyPro pages:

1. Choose a minimum number of bedrooms from the "Bedrooms" drop-down menu. This is optional.
2. Choose a minimum number of bathrooms from the "Bathrooms" drop-down menu. This is optional.
3. Choose a price range from the "Price Range" drop-down menu. This is optional.
4. Choose a location from the "Location" drop-down menu. This is optional.
5. When you are finished, click FIND HOME.

Note: Although the drop-down menus are optional, they will significantly narrow the focus of your search. If you do not make any choices from these, all search results will be displayed.

Yes. To search for a home without using a virtual agent, use the quick search tool or a detailed Advanced Search.

To choose a Virtual Agent, click here.

Yes. To sell your home on our Real Estate website, click on the Place Ad Today image in the header of any page. This will open the "Business Solutions" page.

To place a classified ad right away, click Place Classified Ad Online. Then follow the on-screen instructions.

You can also send an email to request more information. Click the email link and a sales representative will contact you.

To find a Virtual Agent:

1. Click Start Now at the top of the page. This will open the "Find an Agent or Broker" page.
2. If you know the name of the agent that you are looking for, type their name into the "Enter Agent Name" text box and click FIND AGENT.
3. If you do not have a particular agent that you are looking for, select one from the list of Participating Agents.
4. To view an agent's profile, click Agent Profile.
5. To select an agent, click Choose Agent. The agent that you have selected will appear at the top of the page in the Virtual Agent area.

To find an agent who works for a particular broker:

1. Click Find an Agent in the horizontal navigation bar. This will open the "Find an Agent or Broker" page.
2. Click the Search by Broker tab.
3. Type the name of the broker into the "Enter Broker Name" text box.
4. Click FIND BROKER.
5. Optionally, you can find the broker in the "Choose a Participating Broker" section. Click View Agents for the broker that you have selected.

When you save a listing, it is stored in a clipboard. See How do I save listings?

To send your saved listings to your Virtual Agent:

1. Next to your virtual agent there is an icon that shows how many listings you have saved to your clipboard. Click SAVED LISTINGS to view your saved listings.
2. This will open the "Compare Saved Listings" page. From here, you can compare, remove, print, and map the location of your listings. See Working with Listings.
3. Click the EMAIL TO MY AGENT button to sent the listings to your agent.
4. This will open the "Email my Saved Listings" window. Type your name and phone number into the boxes; this is optional. Type your email address into the appropriate box, which is required so that your agent can contact you.
5. Type a message into the "Message" box. This is optional, but it is the best way to let your agent know important information. For example, you can tell your agent to look for open houses for the listings that you have sent, or ask your agent to look for more listings like the ones you have sent. You can also include the times that you are available.
6. Click SEND NOW when you are finished.

Next to your Virtual Agent there is an icon that you can use to make contact.

Click CONTACT AGENT to open the My Contact page. If the information is available, the agent's phone numbers and website address will be shown.

1. If you want to send your agent a message, enter your name, phone number, and email address into the text boxes.
2. Type your comments into the Message box and click SEND NOW when you are finished.

Next to your Virtual Agent there is an icon that you can use to review your agent's profile. The profile contains information about your agent such as contact information, open houses, a map view of your agent's listings, and news. Click AGENT PROFILE.

Click CHANGE AGENT next to your Virtual Agent. This will open the "Find an Agent or Broker" page.

• If you know the name of the agent that you are looking for, type their name into the "Enter Agent Name" text box and click FIND AGENT.
• If you do not have a particular agent that you are looking for, select one from the list of Participating Agents.
• To view an agent's profile, click Agent Profile.
• To select an agent, click Choose Agent. The agent that you have selected will appear at the top of the page in the Virtual Agent area.

No. Your saved listings will remain on your clipboard even if you change agents.

To view your Virtual Agent's listings, click AGENT PROFILE next to your Virtual Agent. This will open the agent's profile page. Click the My Listings tab to view your agent's listings.

To view a map of your Virtual Agent's listings, click AGENT PROFILE next to your Virtual Agent. This will open the agent's profile page. Click the Map View tab to view a map of your agent's listings.

To view your agent's open houses schedule, click AGENT PROFILE next to your Virtual Agent. This will open the agent's profile page. Click the Open Houses tab to view your agent's schedule of open houses.

To quickly search for a home, you can use the quick search tool.

To search for a home with specific criteria, use the Advanced Search:

1. Click Find a Home in the horizontal navigation bar. This will open the Advanced Search page.
2. Fill in the Basic Information section. From the Location drop-down menu, select an area to narrow down your search. This is optional; if you do not choose a location, all of them will be displayed in your search results.
3. If you know the address, street number, street name, city, state or ZIP Code, enter that information to help narrow your search (optional).
4. Enter a minimum and maximum price, acreage, square footage, number of beds, or number of baths to refine your search (optional).
5. Select the check boxes next to any Interior, Exterior, Community, Location, or Special Features that you want to include in your search. You can select as many of these options as you like. This step is optional.
6. When you are finished, click SEARCH.

Yes. To search for a specific MLS number:

1. Click Find a Home in the horizontal navigation bar. This will open the Advanced Search page.
2. Click the MLS # Search tab.
3. Type the MLS number into the "MLS Number" box.
4. Click SEARCH when you are finished.

Yes. To search by neighborhood:

1. Click Find a Home in the horizontal navigation bar. This will open the Advanced Search page.
2. Click the Neighborhoods tab.
3. This will open a list of all neighborhoods. The number of listings for each neighborhood appears in parenthesis next to the neighborhood's name. Click on the name of the neighborhood that you are interested in to view the listings.

To search by school:

1. Click Find a Home in the horizontal navigation bar. This will open the Advanced Search page.
2. Click the Schools tab.
3. This will open a list of all schools. To jump to the schools in a specific grade level, click on the grade level of the school that you are interested in (elementary, middle, or high school).
4. The number of listings for each school appears in parenthesis next to the school's name. Click on the name of the school that you are interested in to view the listings.

To search by ZIP Code:

1. Click Find a Home in the horizontal navigation bar. This will open the Advanced Search page.
2. Click the ZIP Code tab.
3. This will open a list of all ZIP Codes. The number of listings for each ZIP Code appears in parenthesis next to the ZIP Code. Click on the ZIP Code that you are interested in to view the listings.

To search for a home with specific features:

1. Click Find a Home in the horizontal navigation bar. This will open the Advanced Search page.
2. Scroll down the page, past the "Basic Information" section.
3. There are several types of features (For example: Interior, Exterior, Community, Location, Water, and Special). Choose the features you want by selecting the check box next to the feature's name.
4. Click SEARCH when you are finished.

Along the bottom of each listing there are options. Click Save Listing to save the listing to your clipboard.

To review your saved listings:

• If you have a Virtual Agent, your saved listings will be saved to her clipboard. Click SAVED LISTINGS next to your Virtual Agent. This will open the "Compare Saved Listings" page.
• If you do not have a Virtual Agent, click Find a Home in the horizontal navigation bar. Then look under the Search Tools heading. Under "Saved Listings" you will see all of the homes that you have added to your clipboard.

To print an individual listing:

• From the search results page, click Print on the bottom of any listing.
• From the listing details page, click Print at the top of the listing.

To print all of your saved listings:

• Click Find A Home in the horizontal navigation bar. Scroll down to the "Saved Listings" section and click Print Listings.

Click SAVED LISTINGS next to your Virtual Agent. Scroll down to the option buttons under the "Compare Saved Listings" heading. Click the Clear Listing button to remove the listing from your clipboard.

If you do not have a Virtual Agent, click Find A Home in the horizontal navigation bar. Look under the "Search Tools" heading on the right side of the page. Click Clear Listings.

Click SAVED LISTINGS next to your Virtual Agent. Scroll down to the option buttons under the "Compare Saved Listings" heading. Click the Map Listings button to show your saved listings on a map.

Click SAVED LISTINGS next to your Virtual Agent. Under the "Compare Saved Listings" heading, you will see a list of all of your saved listings. You can compare up to three listings at once. Select the check box next to the listings that you want to compare. Click the Clear Listing button to remove the listing from your clipboard.

If you do not have a Virtual Agent, click Find A Home in the horizontal navigation bar. Look under the "Search Tools" heading on the right side of the page. Click Compare Listings.

NOTE: You can only select three properties at once. When you have three selected, you must de-select one before you can select another.
